Attach organization and platform prompt skills to an Action Agent. They merge into the system prompt. They are not shell tools.
Skills
Prompt skills are reusable instruction packs. On an agent they are merged into the system prompt before each turn. They are not Trigger.dev shell skills.
In Studio, open the Skills panel. Select organization skills and/or platform skills. They apply on the next message after save (configVersion).
Two libraries

Keep the base system prompt short. Put reusable policy, tone, and product facts in skills.
The same organization skills can attach to catalog AI nodes (Generate Text and similar). That merge happens on the node prompt, not as a separate node. See workspace Skills.
