Artifacts
Organization files you upload, ActionFlow run artifacts, and files generated by Action Agent chat.
Artifacts
Organization → Storage holds files that outlive a single editor session. Generated outputs also appear on the ActionFlow or Action Agent Artifacts tab.

Knowledge Base collections store documents under a reserved knowledge-base/{collectionId} folder. The app labels that folder Knowledge Base uploads. You cannot delete that system folder from Storage. See Knowledge Base.
Per-run file inputs (Actionflow Studio Flow inputs) are described on ActionFlow artifacts.
Flow artifacts
Open an ActionFlow → Artifacts, or org Flow Artifacts. Each file is tied to a run. Use Run History to jump from a run.
Agent artifacts
Open the agent, Studio Artifacts, or org Agent Artifacts. See Agent artifacts.
