Organization prompt skills and platform skills. Attach them to agents so they merge into the system prompt. They are not shell tools.
Skills
Skills in ActionFlows are instruction packs (markdown/text) merged into an agent's system prompt. They are not shell-execution skills.
Two libraries

Platform skills appear on the skills page so you can see what is available, but you cannot edit or delete them. The platform team owns that content.
On Generate Text and other AI nodes whose prompt (or system) field uses the skills picker, you can attach the same organization skills. They merge into that node's prompt text. They are not a separate node and not a shell tool.
On an agent
In Action Agent Studio, open the Skills panel. Select org skills and/or platform skills. They are concatenated into the system prompt on the next message after save (configVersion).
Keep the base system prompt short. Put reusable policy, tone, and product facts in skills.
