No guarantees
ActionFlows.ai is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not represent that the Platform is complete, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use is at your own risk. Automated flows depend on third-party APIs and models that we do not control.
Technical limits
We cannot guarantee:
- that a third-party integration or AI model will remain available or behave as it did yesterday
- that your flows will keep working if a provider changes its API, pricing, or terms
- a particular level of performance in all conditions
We may perform maintenance that causes temporary unavailability. Service status: https://status.actionflows.ai.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Startbase LTD and its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Platform or third-party services you connect.
Our maximum liability arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the past twelve (12) months. If you paid nothing in that period, the cap is £100, unless a signed Enterprise agreement sets a different cap. This does not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Security
We apply security measures, but electronic transmission and storage are not completely secure. You must keep account credentials and secrets used in flows confidential.
Third-party services
Connecting a third-party service does not mean we endorse it. Review that provider's terms and privacy policy.
Your compliance
You are responsible for using the Platform in line with applicable law, including data protection law. Do not use the Platform to process data unlawfully.
Use restrictions
You must not use the Platform to violate law, infringe other people's rights, distribute malware, or process personal data in breach of applicable law.
Changes
We may change this disclaimer. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated disclaimer.
Governing law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
