Subprocessors
This page lists infrastructure providers Startbase LTD uses to operate ActionFlows.ai. It is a draft based on the current product stack. It is not a complete due-diligence pack (no DPA copies, no region matrix, no SOC reports). Customer-chosen AI models and integrations are not Startbase subprocessors. You instruct those providers through your flows.
Startbase LTD (company number 15278821) is the contracting entity. See the Imprint and the Data Processing Addendum.
We will update this page when we add or replace a provider that processes customer personal data on our behalf. For material changes we may also email organisation owners.
Startbase infrastructure providers
These process data to run the Service (accounts, organisations, flows, credentials storage, billing, support):
- Stripe. Subscriptions, credits, and invoices. Card data is handled by Stripe. https://stripe.com/privacy

- Resend. Transactional email (account, billing, invites, support notices). https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy

- Sentry. Error and performance monitoring. https://sentry.io/privacy/
Not Startbase subprocessors
When you connect an AI model, OAuth app, MCP server, or other integration, that provider processes the payload you send. Examples include OpenAI, Anthropic, Slack, and GitHub. Their terms apply. We list them in the product catalogue. We do not put every optional integration on this page.
Location
Providers may process data in the United Kingdom, the EEA, the United States, and other countries where they operate. Transfer safeguards are described in the Privacy Policy and, for organisation customer data, in the Data Processing Addendum.
