Some work should start because the clock said so, not because someone remembered. Put a Start Scheduled node at the top of an ActionFlow. The report, the sync, and the first pass on the inbox can start without anyone opening the app.
Every few minutes, or once
Recurring: every N minutes, every N hours, or every N days, or a weekly time, in the timezone you pick. One-time: a date and time for the thing that should not happen twice. You set it on the node. Each tick is a run in the same history as a playground run, with the same inputs, outputs, and cost.
